Anna Sinclair is an award-winning entrepreneur, angel investor and CEO of Total Mom Inc. She is a former entertainment professional (signed pop singer, actress and casting director) who created a professional platform that supports women personally and professionally through festivals, business summits and entrepreneur initiatives and grants that help women start and grow a successful business while juggling motherhood.
From humble beginnings as a two-time immigrant and refugee success story, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey by starting a small business in her basement. Now, she is CEO of an award-winning company that collaborates with major brands throughout North America, a testament to her dedication and drive.
Her professional community network and online e-learning platform focus on increasing social and financial capital through a profitable and sustainable business model. Her visionary approach unites the industry, and her disruptive mindset has revolutionized the gala experience, dedicating herself to ensuring more women have a seat at the table.
Her experience working with over 350+ brands gives her the knowledge and experience to touch any aspect of a project from top to bottom. Anna consults through her firm, Sinclair Creative Agency Inc., advising individuals and consumer lifestyle brands on branding, business strategy, content marketing, and asset development.
Nicole Leung is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SmartRay, and the Chief Operating Officer at EmersonGrow Technology, an Agtech firm specializes in digital energy technology for indoor farming and vertical growth in Markham, Canada’s High Tech Capital. Nicole has taken on a leadership role in implementing sales and marketing strategy by increasing company sales significantly. Aside from her day-to-day operation, Nicole is the Special Assistant to the Honourary Consul to the Kingdom of Cambodia in Ontario, administering special projects and public relations. Since the statement of her role, Nicole has received delegations from Cambodia and the Philippines, bridging the unification of the ASEAN countries in Canada, promoting cross-cultural understanding and mutual support. She is also involved in organizing community events, international business opportunities, hosting foreign missions, Cambodian New Year parliamentary reception at the Ontario Legislature, the Asian Heritage Month Parliament Hill Reception and the opening of the Honourary Consulate. Nicole Leung is actively involved in many social, community and charitable activities in Canada and devotes herself to developing the Asian-Canadian community. She is a founding director in the Cambodian Canadian Arts and Cultural Association (CCACC), Corporate Secretary in the Federation of Transoceanic Chinese Canadian Association (FTCCA) and the Federation of Asian Canadians Toronto (FACT). She has managed numerous projects, such as Asialicious Carnival, AsialiciousTO, Lobster Fest, National Pasta Month, National Soup Month, Diversity Job Fair and Multicultural Film Festival. With her love and passion for the ASEAN, Nicole has co-founded the Canada-ASEAN Business and Trade. Association in 2022 to promote business and trade between Canada and ASEAN countries.
At National Women‘s Day, in partnership with her mother Carmelia Ray, her role is to be a voice for Alpha and GenZ women and children to be heard, understood and supported. Mikayla is a versatile individual with an extensive background in customer service, hospitality, events, retail and matchmaking. Her experience spans various industries. Throughout her years working directly with a wide range of people, she has developed a knack for catering to their personal needs. She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure her clients leave with an excellent experience.
